Linking your WhatsApp
This is the only setup step MOSAIK needs — once your WhatsApp is linked, every group you're already in starts feeding your property database automatically.

Enter your WhatsApp number
Use the number that's actually in your brokers' groups — MOSAIK can only see the groups this specific number is a member of.

Enter the pairing code
Open WhatsApp → Settings → Linked Devices → Link a Device → Link with phone number instead, and type the 8-character code MOSAIK shows you.

You're in — leave it running
MOSAIK stays connected in the background from here. There's nothing else to do; every property shared going forward is captured automatically.
Frequently asked
Does MOSAIK ever send messages on my behalf?
No. WhatsApp access is read-only — MOSAIK only reads property listings shared in your groups, and never posts, replies, or sends anything.
Can more than one person on my team link their own WhatsApp?
Yes — every person links their own WhatsApp number individually, using your company's code. Different team members are often in different groups, so each person's own link captures listings the others might otherwise never see. Everyone's captures land in the same shared company database.
What happens if a property gets flagged "Needs Review"?
MOSAIK flags a listing instead of guessing when something's genuinely ambiguous — like a price with no clear rent-or-sale signal. It stays out of the normal database until someone on your team reviews and confirms it, so nothing uncertain ever gets added silently.
Can I export my data?
Yes — from Settings, you can export your full property database as a CSV file at any time.
